Parent-teacher meeting

Justin and I went to our first parent-teacher meeting last night. I got a last minute appointment because I have a horrible memory and kept forgetting to call in advance to book one. Our appointment was scheduled for 7:15pm, it was 30 minutes long, and we brought Trinity with us. We were a few minutes late because our babysitter was running a bit late, but when we got there she was still in a meeting.

When it was our turn, the teacher told Trinity to show us her portfolio (some work she chose to show us). So, she showed us all of that and she's doing a GREAT job!!! When we were done with that, the 3 of us went to talk with the teacher. She gave Trinity a pencil that says "You are special" and she told Trinity she's doing a wonderful job and to keep it up. She asked us if we had any questions about anything, but we didn't so that was it. We saw the teacher for maybe 5 minutes.

Before we left, Justin asked if Trinity was going to make it to grade 1 and her teacher said, "Oh yeah." lol.

Anyways, that was our meeting. I think it turned out really well and I am SOOO proud of Trinity!!
