Our Evening

We decided to go to the city tonight. Justin let Trinity pick where we would eat. It was either McDonald's or Burger King, which BOTH have playareas, but we prefer Burger King so we went there.

We actually saw a friend of ours there, his name is Mike and we haven't seen him in FOREVER (probably a year or more, at least). He was at Burger King with a friend (he only lives a block away). So, Justin chatted it up with them while we ate. After the kids were done, they went and played (well, the girls did, Isaac is still too small) for a bit.

After dinner, we headed to the store. We told Trinity she could pick out her birthday present. There, we saw another one of our friends that we haven't seen in a while as well (and she lives here in town). Anyways, Trinity picked crayons and coloring paper (she LOVES to color). We looked for a birthday cake (we were going to get the chocolate cheesecake we always get but they didn't have them there, so we didn't get anything, we'll have icecream cake tomorrow anyways). We got a few more things (diapers and some hamburger and hotdog buns for the party tomorrow).

Anyways, that was our evening. It was lots of fun!! Seeing old friends and just spending time together as a family.
