Losing Weight

I decided about a week ago that it's time for me to start losing weight. I am not huge but I am a bit overweight. I have been doing pretty good. I started to eat less and eat healthier foods. I cut out junk food (chips, chocolate, pop) pretty much. I mean I'll have something every once in a while (like maybe once a week), but that's about it.

I currently (as of yesterday) weight 177.4lbs. and I would LIKE to get down to 145lbs. or so (which according to this is around what I should be, for an ideal weight). So, right now that will be my goal and we'll see what happens after that.

I need all the prayers and well wishes that I could get. I have NEVER been on a diet before, so I'm not quite sure how to go about it. If you have any suggestions or anything, email me or leave a comment in here. Thanks.
